Bank of Singapore has appointed Kelly Yang as a senior relationship manager to strengthen its Greater China and North Asia ( GCNA ) franchise. Based in Hong Kong, she reports to GCNA market head Anne Song.
Yang has close to 30 years of experience in wealth management and private banking. She most recently served as a team head at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, following over a decade as a team head at DBS Bank Hong Kong.
In these roles, she oversaw relationship managers serving high-net-worth ( HNW ) and ultra-high-net-worth ( UHNW ) clients across Greater China, with a particular focus on Taiwan. She has also held roles at BNP Paribas Wealth Management Hong Kong, Mizuho Securities Asia and Goldman Sachs Asia.
According to Bank of Singapore, Yang's appointment underscores its continued investment in strengthening its GCNA franchise and deepening its coverage of UHNW clients.
Recent appointments include Eng Chien Chan as market group head for GCNA and Penny Low as senior relationship manager, both based in Singapore.
The firm, OCBC’s private banking arm, aims to grow its UHNW assets under management by 30% by 2028.
Building on a strong performance in 2025, the bank's GCNA business maintained its growth momentum in the first half of 2026, delivering close to 10% year-on-year growth in AUM and more than 10% YoY growth in UHNW AUM.
